The following items are prohibited on the site of all Brighton and Hove Pride events:

- Strictly no psychoactive substances or legal highs. Anyone found with legal highs will be removed from the sites.
- No dangerous or hazardous items. Anyone found with a weapon will be detained and reported to the Police.
- No drinks except water allowed – this may be tested upon entry
- Aerosols or gels in containers are allowed – these may be tested by security upon entry-
- No alcohol of any kind to be brought onto the sites.
- No Dogs (except Assistance Dogs) permitted on the Park Festival site. Dogs allowed on leads into the Village Party.
- No Disposable BBQs, Green Heat Base Camp Cooker, Solid Fuel Stoves, Firelighters / Firelighter Stoves, Methylated / “Trangia” Spirit Stoves
- No large rucksacks or suitcases. We define a large rucksack as over A4 size.
- No flares, fireworks, or pyrotechnics
- No Chinese Lanterns
- No flyers for distribution
- No inflatables
- No large umbrellas
- No posters, signs, or banners that could be deemed offensive
- No Air horns / Megaphones/claxons
- No goods for unauthorised trading / with unauthorised Pride Festival logos
- No portable laser equipment and pens
- No unofficial tabards and reflective jackets
- No food hampers/large amounts of food or any food for re-sale.(only small amounts of food for personal consumption, please pre-book this through Access)
- No fold-up chairs/stools or seat sticks ( unless you have pre-booked this through Access )
- No dangerous or hazardous items
- No bicycles/ skateboards and scooters
- No super soakers/ water pistols
- No drones
- No spray cans (paint) or gas canisters
